Surya is doing guest roles

Manmadhan Ambu is a film which has Kamal Haasan, Madhavan, Sangeetha and Trisha in the cast and is being directed by K S Ravikumar. The film is being produced by Udhayanidhi Stalin and major portions of this film have been shot in a luxury cruise liner and most of the important cities in Europe.

Ko is the film which has Jeeva in the lead role while Avan Ivan which has been directed by Bala has Vishal and Arya in the lead roles.

Surya is doing guest roles in all the above films.

Surya is always ready to accept guest roles whenever he is been approached without any ego. He gives full cooperation even if it is one day shoot. He has appeared in a scene with Jyothika in the film June R. He has also appeared in Rajni starrer Kuselan. Now he is currently acting in a guest role in the film Manmadhan Ambu. He is also appearing in a guest role in the film Ko which has Jeeva in the lead role and also in Bala's Avan Ivan which has Arya and Vishal in the cast. We are closer to Hollywood

Maddy in small screen..

Actor Madhavan's realms is small screens isn't something new as it dates back to his initial days in media. He had already hosted couple of game shows in small screens, which were acclaimed to the extremum. 'Tol Mol Ke Bol' and 'Deal Ya No Deal'.

Sooner as the actor got through hectic schedules in film industry, he had kept himself away from TV shows. Recently, Madhavan signed an innovative game show titled 'Big Money', which again completes his hat-trick spell.

According to Maddy, the actor has finds himself more straining with this game as it involves lots of potentials. No Maoist, No LTTE In ‘Raavanan’

Manirathnam has been far-famed for his intellectual coalesces of reality themes blended with fictional dramas and sometime mythological epics. His evergreen masterpiece 'Nayagan' was partly based on the life of Mumbai-don 'Varadaraja Mudhalayar' and 'Thalapathy' inspired from the characters of Arjunan-Karnan in 'Mahabharata'.The queue doesn't end there as 'Aayutha Ezhuthu' was based on a revolutionary student of Osmania University in Hyderabad shot to death. With his upcoming trilingual film 'Raavanan' is all set for June release, there have been sort of excitements as the tale is reported to be based on mythological epic of 'Ramayana' with a different delineation of 'Raavana'.

Recently, there were buzzes that the film is partially based on Maoist leader Kobad Ghandy. Off the late, the communal appraisals heard in the song 'Kodu Poatta' trigged up new sensationalism that Manirathnam could have touched the lines of 'Eelam Tamilians'.

But the closer sources and the film crew have strongly denied these theories as baseless rumors and 'Raavanan' is a pure fiction.

Kushboo made an appeal to give chances to heroines who speak Tamil..

Remember just a few days ago Kushboo made an appeal to all filmmakers in Kollywood to offer chances to heroines speaking Tamil and not to import them from Mumbai?

She has now appreciated Tamannah for picking up the language fast. Kushboo said that she is really awed by the fact that Tamannah, though a Sindhi and brought up in Mumbai, could speak Tamil so well within such a short time.
It may be noted that Tamannah entered the film industry with Kedi in 2006 and is able to converse in Tamil within a span of four years.

Priyamani in Kushi Remake

The Tamil blockbuster 'Khushi' is now being remade in Kannada. While Ganesh will play the role played by Vijay in the original, guess who is going to replace Jyothika? She is Priyamani, who is shining bright in all four south Indian languages.
Produced by Udayachandra Productions, the film titled 'Eno Onthara' is directed by Magesh. If sources are to be believed, the actress immediately said 'yes' when she was contacted to know her willingness to be a part of the project.
"Jyothika is one of my favourite actresses. I am happy to bag the heroine role in the Kannada remake of 'Khushi', which was beautifully played by her in the Tamil version. I will strive to do my best to repeat the magic," Priyamani says.
Besides this Kannada project, Priyamani is acting in one more Sandalwood film too, we learn. She is also there in Mani Ratnam's magnum opus 'Raavanan', Ram Gopal Varma's 'Raktha Charithra' and a couple of Telugu films.

SURA’S RELEASE DATE

Sura, Vijay's 50th film, is expected to be released on April 23rd. The date release has not been announced officially as yet because the team is waiting to have it censored before announcing the date.Sura has garnered enough attention because it happens to be Ilayathalapthi's 50th film. And one more reason is that the distribution rights have been acquired by Sun Pictures, which means enough publicity and surefire success at the box office.

Sura is directed SP Rajkumar, who has left no stone unturned to make it an out-and-out commercial entertainer to satisfy Vijay's fans.The movie has Tamannah pairing up with Vijay. Vadivelu is in charge of the comedy. The music tracks, which were released recently, have already turned out to be a great success.

Shruti & Siddharth Movie Rights by ‘Walt Disney’

The distribution rights of Siddharth, Shruti Haasan's fantacy film were acquired by global production and distribution company, 'Walt Disney Pictures' for an undisclosed amount. According to the reports Walt Disney has joined with Pixar Animation Studios to make their entry to Telugu film market.

The movie has earlier completed its shooting in Ramoji Film City and Vishakapatnam. K. Prakssh is directing this film and K.Raghavendra Rao is producing it under the banner, 'A Belly Full of Dreams Pvt.Ltd '(ABODE). Mickey J.Meyer is composing the music. Cinematography will be handled by Soundarajan. The movie also has visual effects and graphics for about 30 minutes in the film. The film will be simultaneously released in Telugu and Tamil in the year 2010.

Vijay’s ‘Sura’ audio release on March 19
